International Accounting Top Up BSc focuses on the global business environment and provides you with the skills you need to work in an international organisation. We will develop your ability to analyze and evaluate real organisations and effectively communicate your views and opinions.

International Banking and Finance Top Up BSc is a research driven programme focusing on contemporary issues within the challenging global banking and finance sector.

Professional Accounting Top Up BSc focuses on contemporary issues in accounting and their implications for organizational performance. This programme enhances the knowledge gained through professional studies by the development of analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and social responsibility in a professional accounting context.

Postgraduate Economics, Accounting and Finance Programmes

Accounting and Finance (Non-Placement) MSc provides you with the essential skills needed for pursuing high level careers in all types of organisations; public and private sector, within industry and commerce, both in the UK and abroad. Exemptions are available from main professional bodies (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)).

The industry placement enables you to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world work environment, whilst completing an applied research project.

Accounting and Finance Top-Up MSc will broaden your specialist knowledge previously gained at a professional level.  It is designed for AIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAP or CPA Australia graduates.

Economics for Business MA uses a pluralist approach and includes a Prince 2 and Bloomberg Market Concepts qualification.

International Banking and Finance (Non-Placement) MSc is a specialist degree covering the themes of international banking, finance, risk management, regulation and ethics, Islamic banking and investment analysis to reflect the changing nature of international banking in the 21st century.

The industry placement enables you to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world work environment, whilst completing an applied research project.

Corporate Governance and Leadership will provide you with a sound understanding of corporate governance and leadership from corporate, investor and stakeholder perspectives for corporates, governmental and non-profit seeking organisations. The course is benchmarked against ICSA: The Governance Institute, which means that on completion of the course you will be eligible for the award of Grad ICSA.

The minimum English language requirements for all International and EU students are:

  • Bachelor’s degrees: IELTS 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band (or equivalent)

  • Masters degrees: IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band (or equivalent)

  • Postgraduate research degrees: IELTS 7.0 overall with a minimum of 6.5 in each band (or equivalent)
